I'm always happy to share a client story to encourage anyone who's received bad migration advice.

Thankfully, this story ended well…
By Chris,
Coolangatta/Tweed:

The level of expertise and service that one can expect to receive from Sharon Harris and her staff at SHM is unparalleled in the Business of Migration to Australia.

Having entered Australia in 2016 on a Sponsored 457 Visa, based in Sydney I was let down by 2 previous employers, with regards to work conditions and my route to PR was looking bleak due to the recruitment agency applying for a valid but incorrect visa at the start of our journey.

In November 2017 I made the decision to move my family to the Gold Coast for personal reasons. I enlisted the service of a Migration agent, who was recommended by a family member, to do another Sponsored Visa Change. After 6 more months, when it came time to apply for PR, unfortunately the Agent was out of her depth with regards to my options within my industry. Again I seemed to be stuck in Australia with minimal options...

In 2018, After a phone call to a mutual friend and a discussion about my Visa complications over the previous 2 years, Sharon Harris was recommended as a Migration Advisor of the highest caliber.

Within a few days an appointment was set up and she welcomed myself and my family to her Office and all our Visa options were discussed in length. Her staff were able to obtain all my records and paperwork from my employer and the previous agents and work began on our PR application immediately

Every step was outlined with precision and an estimated timeline within her control was advised. To us it felt like we were her only clients as every call and email was taken and answered.

Our application was submitted once all paperwork was ready and it was then a waiting game...

After 6 months, while on Work Cover after a broken foot during a morning work shift, my Sponsorship was cancelled along with the Employer Nominated 186 Visa application.

Devastated, our family thought this was the end of the line for us on making Australia our home. This was when the real service and kindness of Sharon Harris and her team at SHM came through. Not only did Sharon manage to apply for a second Employer Nomination and Sponsorship for my 457/482 Visa but due to her contacts within my own industry, Sharon was able to source a job with a new Sponsor and obtain a commitment from the Employer for a new 186 Visa PR application before the end of the year.

Within the next 6 months, I was working for the new Sponsor, earning a better wage for less hours of work, nominated for a 186 PR Visa and working towards my true Skills as was originally intended.

On the 17 Dec 2019 our dream of Permanent Residency in Australia became a reality and could never have been achieved without the commitment and dedication to our case that Sharon and her staff showed.

We now consider Sharon a lifelong friend and recommend her company and staff to any aspiring migrants wanting to make Australia their home.

With the Migration Laws in Australia changing all the time, don’t leave your future up to any Immigration agent, use one with a proven track record at Sharon Harris Migration.
